Exchange & Refund Policy

Introduction
Finruh is a Digital Solution provider that offers digital solutions to Fintech Businesses, such as Website Development, API integration and Quality Lead Data Packages. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality services and products, and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Refund Policy
Finruh does not offer refunds on any of our digital services. This is because once you have purchased a digital service, you have access to it immediately and permanently. We understand that there may be some circumstances where you are not satisfied with your purchase, and we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue.

Exchange Policy
Finruh offers a 15-day exchange policy on all of our digital services except for our Quality Lead Data services. This means that if you are not satisfied with a digital service that you have purchased, you can exchange it for any other same-priced service that we offer within 15 days of your purchase.

To exchange a digital service, please contact us and provide us with your order number and the name of the service that you would like to exchange for. We will then process your exchange and provide you with access to the new service.

Exceptions:
The following exceptions apply to our refund and exchange policy:

  • Quality Lead Data services: Quality Lead Data services are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This is because Quality Lead Data services are custom-generated for each customer and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Discounted services: Discounted services are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Services that have been used: Services that have been used or partially used are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@finruh.com within 15 days of your purchase. Please provide us with your order number and the name of the service that you would like to refund or exchange. We will then process your request and provide you with further instructions.
